Job Title: Entry Level Production WorkersJob DescriptionWork in a production facility dedicated to producing custom office furniture for major corporations. Engage in tasks across various departments, including Wood Fabrication, Wood Assembly, Steel Fabrication, and Steel Assembly. Responsibilities • Operate machinery and equipment efficiently. • Perform cleaning and general maintenance tasks. • Engage in heavy lifting as required. • Utilize hand and power tools for assembly work. • Collaborate with team members in wood and steel fabrication and assembly. Essential Skills • Proficiency in using hand and power tools. • Experience in wood and steel fabrication. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently. • Comfortable working in a loud environment. • Willingness to perform multiple duties. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with welding and assembly processes. • Ability to remain on feet for 10 hours a day. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poulsbo, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.40 - $18.40/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
