Job Title: Maintenance HelperJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dependable Maintenance Helper to support facility upkeep and general maintenance operations at our Wooster location. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, comfortable using hand and power tools, and willing to assist with a variety of maintenance, janitorial, and light repair tasks to keep the facility clean, safe, and well-maintained. Responsibilities • Perform general maintenance tasks throughout the facility. • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. • Paint offices, walls, and other facility areas as needed. • Hang pictures, signage, bulletin boards, and fixtures. • Replace light bulbs and assist with basic lighting maintenance. • Complete janitorial duties including taking out trash and recycling, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning floors, and cleaning common areas, restrooms, and offices. • Assist maintenance team with minor repairs and facility projects. • Follow all safety policies and procedures. Essential Skills • Experience in repair, preventive maintenance, painting, janitorial duties, and general labor. • Proficiency with hand and power tools. Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a clean, well-lit shop. It is not temperature controlled. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wooster, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $39520.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
