CNC Machinist Are you a hands-on CNC Machinist who takes pride in producing quality parts with precision and accuracy? What You'll Do As a CNC Machinist, you'll play a critical role in transforming raw materials into precision-engineered components while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and customer specifications • Confirm proper material selection before production • Set up and operate horizontal profile milling machines using conversational programming • Monitor machine performance and adjust setups as necessary • Ensure finished parts meet dimensional and quality requirements • Use precision measuring equipment to inspect parts throughout the machining process
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
• 2-3 years of CNC machining experience • Experience operating CNC mills and machining equipment • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings • Experience performing quality inspections and dimensional checks • Proficiency with precision measuring tools, including: • Micrometers • Calipers • Inspection gauges
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with supervisors and team members • Commitment to quality, accuracy, and workplace safety Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Tekna CNC profile mills or similar equipment • Familiarity with 3-axis CNC machining operations • Experience working with aluminum materials • Understanding of low-tolerance machining requirements (typically ±0.01) • Strong sense of accountability and ownership over completed work • Experience performing multiple setups throughout a shift

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
