What You'll Do As a Welder, you'll play a key role in the production process, ensuring products are built to precise specifications and meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
• Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components • Set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment for production runs • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production specifications • Inspect completed welds and finished parts to ensure quality requirements are met • Grind, clean, and finish welds as needed • Track production output and complete daily production reports • Identify and report equipment, material, or quality issues to supervisors • Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
• MIG welding experience - work experience, schooling, or side work • Ability to read technical drawings • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work • Ability to work independently and as part of a production team Preferred Qualifications
• Welding certification required • Experience with fabrication processes • Flux-core welding experience • Manufacturing or industrial environment experience Why Join Our Team?
