• Oversee and manage remodeling projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards. • Perform or coordinate tasks such as framing, drywall, tile work, cabinetry, and other general remodeling duties. • Collaborate with subcontractors, tradespeople, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution. • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Essential Skills
• 2+ years of experience in drywall or framing in residential or commercial settings. • Proficiency in drywall installation and finishing. • Expertise in metal framing and finish carpentry. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Additional carpentry experience is a plus.
