Job Title: Carpenter Pay- $23-27Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled and dependable carpenters to join our team. You will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and metal across a variety of construction projects. This role requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.Responsibilities
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. • Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials accurately. • Build and install structures such as framing, walls, floors, roofs, and formwork. • Install doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, and other finish carpentry elements. • Construct and dismantle concrete forms and scaffolding as needed. • Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely. • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with building codes and safety regulations. • Collaborate with supervisors, project managers, and other trades on-site. • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment. • Assist with general construction tasks as needed. Essential Skills
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans. • Strong math and measurement skills. • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • 1+ years of carpentry experience (or apprenticeship experience) preferred. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
