Job Title: Commercial CarpenterPay: $20–$26/hourLocation: Portsmouth Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Commercial Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, installing, and repairing structural elements and fixtures in commercial environments such as hotels, retail spaces, restaurants, and schools. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with long-term stability. Key Responsibilities
• Build, install, and repair frameworks, partitions, ceilings, and other structural components • Complete carpentry work across all phases of commercial projects, from rough framing to finish work • Safely operate hand and power tools to complete job tasks • Collaborate with team members and other trades on job sites • Follow OSHA 10 safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment Required Skills
• Demonstrated experience in commercial carpentry and construction • Strong skills in both framing and finish carpentry • Ability to work with metal studs and perform rough carpentry tasks • OSHA 10 certification Additional Qualifications

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Portsmouth, NH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
