What You'll Do As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a critical role in keeping production moving by safely transporting finished products throughout the facility and preparing shipments for customers. Key Responsibilities:
⢠Operate sit-down, stand-up, and clamp forklifts safely and efficiently ⢠Move finished products from production lines to staging and shipping areas ⢠Load and unload trailers while ensuring products arrive damage-free ⢠Use RF scanners to track inventory and verify shipments ⢠Read shipping manifests and loading summaries for accurate order fulfillment ⢠Palletize, stage, and secure products for shipment ⢠Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns ⢠Support inventory accuracy and warehouse organization ⢠Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures ⢠Collaborate with production, warehouse, and leadership teams to meet daily goals What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: ā 2+ years of forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up)ā 2+ years in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environmentsā Experience using RF scanners and inventory systemsā Ability to pass a forklift skills assessmentā Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. as neededā Strong attendance, reliability, and safety mindsetā Willingness to work overtime and extended shifts when required Preferred Experience:

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
