What You'll Do As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a critical role in keeping production moving by safely transporting finished products throughout the facility and preparing shipments for customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, and clamp forklifts safely and efficiently • Move finished products from production lines to staging and shipping areas • Load and unload trailers while ensuring products arrive damage-free • Use RF scanners to track inventory and verify shipments • Read shipping manifests and loading summaries for accurate order fulfillment • Palletize, stage, and secure products for shipment • Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns • Support inventory accuracy and warehouse organization • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and leadership teams to meet daily goals What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: ✅ 2+ years of forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up)✅ 2+ years in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environments✅ Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems✅ Ability to pass a forklift skills assessment✅ Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. as needed✅ Strong attendance, reliability, and safety mindset✅ Willingness to work overtime and extended shifts when required Preferred Experience:

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
