Job Title: AssemblerJob DescriptionThe Assembler position involves duties associated with electro-mechanical and clean room device assembly and packaging. This role requires manual hand assembly skills, attention to detail, initiative, teamwork, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality results.Responsibilities
• Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations, including compliance with Medical Device Quality Standards. • Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and departmental policies and procedures (DOPs), as well as safety and environmental standards. • Establish, build, and maintain professional working relationships with all levels of staff, clients, and suppliers. • Work with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Learn new equipment and processes quickly and demonstrate proficiency in their operation. • Read and interpret manufacturing procedures, engineering drawings, and inspection procedures and comply with their requirements. • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, monitoring own work to ensure quality. • Practice and advocate good safety skills at all times. Essential Skills
• Assembly and production experience in a cleanroom environment. • Proficiency in mechanical assembly using basic hand tools such as micrometers and calipers. • Experience with medical device assembly. • Ability to operate electrical and mechanical equipment and interpret results. • Strong attention to detail for high-quality work and detection of issues with tooling, materials, processes, and quality. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.95 - $19.95/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
