Hounen Solar Entry-Level Production Laborer /AssemblerLocation: Summerville, SCPay Rate: $18-19.00 per hourSchedule:
• A & B Shift: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM : 18/hr • C & D Shift: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM : 19/hr We are seeking motivatedindividuals to join a rapidly growing manufacturing operation in Summerville,SC. This state-of-the-art facility spans nearly 800,000 square feet andis expanding to include climate-controlled work areas and clean roomenvironments.This is an excellent opportunityfor candidates looking to begin or grow a career in manufacturing. No previousmanufacturing experience is required. We are looking for dependable teammembers who are eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced productionenvironment.Responsibilities
• Perform assembly and production tasks according to established procedures • Operate hand tools and basic production equipment • Inspect parts and finished products for quality standards • Package, label, and prepare products for shipment • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Follow all company safety and quality guidelines • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals • Support various manufacturing and material handling activities as needed Qualifications
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed • Strong work ethic and reliability • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment • Previous production, assembly, warehouse, or labor experience is helpful but not required Additional Information

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
