Business Analyst I
Job Description: This is the entry level position in business analysis. The associate will develop a high degree of understanding of their assigned program. Under close supervision, they will extract data concerning their program and provide analysis of this data to associates. They will work extensively with stores, vendors, and HQ staff.

Technical (Preferred/Required Skills/Systems): • Blue Yonder Space Planning software experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail with a compliance-focused mindset. • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally • Experience using digital tools and AI-powered platforms such as Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT – Preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills - Required

Job Qualifications: Three years of experience in analysis, evaluations or other substantive determinations with regard to current and/or projected marketing/purchasing/sales and other operating programs, interpreting written materials and organizing/coordinating work.
Or
Bachelor's degree with one year of experience in analysis, evaluations or other substantive determinations with regard to current and/or projected marketing/purchasing/sales and other operating programs, interpreting written materials and organizing/coordinating work.

Major Duties: Assists in analyzing business conditions and in the development of business policies. Compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed. Performs other duties as assigned.
