As a Delivery Expert, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service with a smile. Execute timely and accurate deliveries to customers while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanorNavigate routes efficiently using mapping technology and local knowledge to optimize delivery times and increase productivityProvide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and representing the organization positivelyMaintain detailed records of deliveries, customer interactions, and any incidents or concernsInspect vehicles daily to ensure they are safe, clean, and properly maintainedFollow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on the roadCommunicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedbackHandle cash and payment transactions accurately and securely when requiredAssist with in-store operations and product knowledge when neededContinuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction through innovative problem-solving Valid driver's license for the state of Utah with current vehicle insurance and registrationMinimum 1 year of verified driving experienceClean driving record with no more than 1 driving infraction in the past year or 2 infractions in the past two yearsPositive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm for customer-focused workStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesReliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery commitmentsAbility to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekendsPhysical capability to lift, carry, and transport packages safelyProficiency with navigation apps and basic smartphone technologyProblem-solving mindset with resilience in fast-paced environmentsEligible to work in the United StatesCurrently residing in or willing to relocate to the West Jordan/Salt Lake City areaWillingness to pass a background checkAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members Weekly paychecksMileage paid daily if deliveringAdvancement opportunities availableWe will handle your privacy and data in accordance with EEOC guidelines.
