We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 1 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly primary school team. The successful candidate will support teaching and learning across the school, working with individuals and small groups to help pupils thrive.
Key Duties:
Supporting pupils’ learning, interaction and independenceAssisting teachers with classroom organisation and activitiesSupporting literacy, numeracy and ICT tasksPromoting positive behaviour and inclusion
We are looking for someone who is:
Caring and patient, with a genuine passion for supporting childrenReliable and organised, with good communication skillsAble to work effectively as part of a teamWilling to learn and develop professionallyCommitted to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
A relevant Level 1 qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable.
