Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) 职位描述:
我们诚邀优秀应届毕业生加入暖通产品研发团队,担任声学工程师。该岗位主要聚焦于动力学测试、振动测试,声学测试,声学仿真和疲劳耐久验证方向,支持产品在研发、验证及优化过程中的噪声与振动性能评估与分析。
候选人将参与暖通设备从样机开发到产品验证阶段的测试工作,并与产品研发、结构设计、系统工程、实验验证及制造等跨职能团队密切协作,支持识别和解决产品运行中的NVH问题,持续提升产品的静音性、可靠性及用户舒适性。
您将会履行:
• 参与暖通产品开发过程中及产品生命周期的对于新产品在动力学、声学及疲劳可靠性风险的评估;
• 主导产品及零部件的动力学测试、振动测试、声学测试及相关验证工作;
• 制定测试方案,包括测试类型选择,数据采集系统的设置与布置及测试实施;
• 测试和分析数据进行处理、分析与结果解读;识别并分析产品运行过程中的NVH问题,覆盖风机、电机、压缩机、管路、钣金结构及整机系统等相关模块;
• 通过仿真建模方式,对于声传导、声振耦合、气动噪声及声学材料领域进行定量分析,提出声学解决方案;
• 与结构、系统、热管理、控制及制造等团队协作,推动NVH问题整改及优化方案实施;
• 支持测试方法、测试标准及实验室能力的持续优化与提升。
希望您具备:
• 本科及以上学历,机械工程、工程力学、动力工程、声学、振动工程、暖通空调或相关专业;
• 应届毕业生可申请;
• 具备振动、噪声、结构动力学、结构疲劳等相关基础知识;
• 熟悉常用测试仪器及传感器原理,包括加速度传感器、麦克风、力传感器及数据采集设备等;
• 具备一定的数据处理与分析能力,能够使用常见工程软件开展测试分析;
• 具备一定的声学建模及仿真能力;
• 熟悉以下任一工具者优先:Siemens Simcenter Test.Lab, Siemens Simcenter 3D, ANSYS;
• 具备良好的逻辑分析能力、问题解决能力及跨团队沟通能力;
• 具备较强的学习能力、执行力和动手实践能力;
• 具备基本英文读写能力,能够阅读英文技术资料。
