Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) 职位描述：

• 制定产品技术规范，供团队用于软件开发和验证
• 利用有效的沟通技巧帮助项目团队成员理解和实施设计控制策略
• 控制测试支持：测试计划、实验室测试支持、数据分析
• 开发和执行硬件在环测试（实时数据分析）
希望您具备：
• 硕士或硕士以上学位（机械工程、电子电气工程、应用数学、物理学或相关）
• 熟悉经典控制理论知识（PID 控制、线性控制、数字滤波），对新技术和控制策略开发充满热情和兴趣
• 熟悉系统建模专业知识，熟练使用至少一种数学软件，如 Matlab、Simulink、 Stateflow等
• 具有高级控制知识者优先（现代控制理论、模型预测控制、非线性控制、自适应控制、模糊逻辑等）
• 了解热力学、传热、流体动力学者优先
• 在校期间成绩优良者优先
• 具备编程技能 Java/Python/C++/C，能够学习新的编程语言者优先
• 良好的英语阅读、写作和口语能力，出色的口头和书面沟通技巧
• 既能独立工作也能团队合作
• 具有良好的自驱能力
