Job summary
The Holbrook and Shotley practice are seeking a clinical coder to join their team on a full-time basis.
Main duties of the job
Coding clinical documents accurately and within a 48 hour timescale Forwarding clinical documents to clinicians following the practice protocol Carrying out clinical document follow-up actions following the practice protocol Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF) - you will be responsible for allocated QOF clinical indicators to achieve targets for the practice

The Holbrook and Shotley Practice is a GP Practice across two surgery sites. We pride ourselves on providing a high standard of care to our 8000 patients. Our practice team comprises of three GP partners, two salaried GPs, supported by a highly experienced team of nurses, dispensers, paramedics, and reception team.

Experience Essential
A strong attention to detail, ability to work to a high standard and at a fast pace Ability to manage own workload A team player, flexible and able to cover annual leave or sickness Experience in clinical coding/QOF/SystmOne for this specialised role, although we would welcome applications from candidates who have experience of working in the NHS or primary care in another role or coding experience in a hospital
