About this role

Job summary

As the CQC Registered Manager at Priory, you will take overall responsibility for the home, overseeing all areas including budgets, quality, compliance, and the delivery of outstanding care. You will support and inspire your team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care, helping them achieve their goals, develop skills, gain confidence, and engage in meaningful activities within the community.

Youll lead a compassionate and dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding care. With a strong focus on personalised support and proven approaches, youll help residents build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve meaningful outcomes.

As Registered Manager, you will:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes

Cleveland House

£55,000 to £60,000 DOE

Full Time 37.5 hours plus some on call work

Cleveland House is located in Banks, Southport, in the west of Lancashire. It offers residential support for 32 males and females with an acquired brain injury (ABI), progressive neurological condition (PNC) and associated physical health needs. We are located on a residential housing estate.

We can also support those who have:

Conditions such as epilepsy Difficulties with communication Difficulties with swallowing May need respiratory support through a ventilator and/or tracheostomy

Person Specification

Qualifications and Experience Essential

You will be NMC or HCPC registered You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be working towards it Experience supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). Experience working within neurological rehabilitation.

Desirable

Experience in tracheostomy management. Experience supporting people who require long-term ventilation.
