Job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive eRostering Specialist to join our Workforce Systems team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how our workforce is deployed across the Trust, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time to support outstanding patient care.

Main duties of the job
As our eRostering Specialist, you'll work closely with the eRostering Team Manager and colleagues across clinical, corporate, and medical services to:
Support the implementation, development and optimisation of eRostering and workforce systems Provide expert advice, system support and training to managers and staff Drive improvements in rostering performance, workforce efficiency and data quality Support payroll-related activities and workforce reporting Play a key role in medical workforce implementation projects Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Ensure compliance with organisational processes and workforce standards Deputise for the eRostering Manager when required
