Showroom Sales Consultant – Hot Tubs & Swim Spas- Part Time 📍 North Hampton, NH (Lafayette Road — next to LL Bean & Home Depot) This role pays $20/hr base plus 2–5% commission on sales. Realistic earnings range $25,000–$45,000 annually depending on performance. Most retail sales jobs are about standing around and waiting. Not here. We're St. Cyr Pool & Spa, part of Legacy Outdoor Group, and we're searching for someone who can drive results, close deals, and build a career in high-ticket retail sales. This is not cold calling, not door knocking, not chasing people down. Walk-in traffic comes to us because they want a hot tub. Your job is to help them find the right one and get them across the finish line today — not someday. 🔹 What You'll Do Sales: • Meet walk-in customers and guide them to a decision • Run a structured sales process we train you on — but you need the drive to execute it • Sell Jacuzzi hot tubs ($9,500–$25,000) and swim spas • Follow up with leads by text, phone, and email until the sale is closed • Track leads and activity in our CRM system Showroom Operations: • Ring up pool and spa chemical sales • Assist with water testing and product recommendations • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and ready for tours at all times • Hit weekly sales metrics — we don't wait for busy season 🔹 What You'll Earn • $20/hour base pay (Part Time 16-24 hrs/week) • 2–5% commission — graduated by product tier → $13,000 hot tub = $390–$650 commission → $25,000 swim spa = $750–$1,250 commission • Realistic OTE: $525,000–$45,000 based on hitting a 35% walk-in close rate • Strong performers who exceed close rate targets will exceed that range 🔹 Who We Want • Motivated, competitive, and coachable • Comfortable asking for the sale and working through hesitation • Willing to own the showroom; chemicals, water testing, and upkeep included • Reliable and communicates proactively; this role requires someone we can count on • Comfortable with technology; we use online CRM, POS, and sales tracking platforms 🔹 Why Work Here • Locally owned and operated, you're not a number here • Structured training; we set you up to succeed, not figure it out yourself • A showroom environment built to help you close; strong signage, financing options in-store, and a premium product line customers trust • Career path as we continue to grow 👉 Apply now through the online platform.
