Qualifications Essential
Current NMC registration, good knowledge of the latest clinical practices, experience in creating well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and a compassionate, person-centered approach to nursing.
