Main duties of the job This temporary Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) position offered by Barchester Healthcare in Epping is a flexible part-time role designed to cater to the varying needs of the care home. As a Registered Nurse, you will address the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include developing tailored care plans, providing medication safely, and exercising clinical judgement in decision-making. The role requires you to have an active NMC registration and a strong understanding of the latest clinical practices, care planning, and risk assessment, as well as familiarity with regulations like DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. The position offers a salary of £24.48 per hour, inclusive of a 12.07% Bank worker enhancement, and entails covering shifts during sick leaves or annual leaves, with the flexibility to choose your working hours and days.

Qualifications Essential
Current NMC registration, good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, experience in developing care plans and detailed risk assessments, understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
