A post has arisen for the role of Patient Pathway Coordinator across the Head, Neck and Urology services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to gain valuable experience in the PPC administration role or those excited to explore a new specialty.
As a Patient Pathway Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of patient pathways, contributing to the delivery of outstanding care within our esteemed Urology department. You will become part of a dedicated and highly skilled team committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and service delivery.

Knowledge Requirements Essential
Computer literate, with experience of using a keyboard with a high level of accuracy. Knowledge of NHS or service provider in general Thorough knowledge of healthcare administrative systems and processes Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets i.e. PAS, Excel or similar applications Experience of using a full range of IT/Patient data systems Confidentiality and Data Protection Health and Safety Equality and diversity
