Job summary The role of the Senior Support Worker at Enable in Rowde offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our Wiltshire Service based in Semington Trowbridge, helping to oversee and deliver high-quality support. You will split your time between hands-on support and leadership/administrative tasks to ensure our service runs smoothly. Youll be supporting 3 female clients with learning disabilities and/or autism. Your role will be to help them live safe, happy, and meaningful lives while ensuring their care is person-centred and of the highest quality. This is a varied and rewarding role.

Are you ready to take the lead and make a real difference in peoples lives?Were looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our Wiltshire Service based in Semington Trowbridge, helping to oversee and deliver high-quality support. You will report into the Registered Manager, splitting your time between hands-on support and leadership/administrative tasks to ensure our service runs smoothly.This is a varied and rewarding role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact.

About the people youll be supporting: Youll will be supporting 3 female clients, with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each person has unique needs, preferences, and routines. Some enjoy active community days out, others prefer quieter home-based activities.Your role will be to help them live safe, happy, and meaningful lives, whilst ensuring their care is consistent, person-centred, and of the highest quality.

Where youll be working: Semington Trowbridge. This is a full-time role where your week will be split between providing direct support on shift and also completing leadership and administrative tasks.

What is required from you?

A minimum of 12 months on your right to work

Full UK Drivers licence

level 2 in Health and Social Care and willing to work towards level 3

Supporting Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting.

Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches

Recording- keeping accurate records &reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management

Qualifications Essential
