BYD, a global powerhouse, secured the position as the Global number one New Energy Vehicles (NEV) sales in 2022 and 2023 is committed towards sustainable transportation solutions. Job Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat requests related to BYD vehicles promptly and professionally. • Handle customer concerns about BYD NEVs, diagnose issues, and offer appropriate solutions or escalate technical support. • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and recorded in the CRM system. • Conduct satisfaction surveys with BYD customers and inform them of current promotions or upcoming service reminders. • Ensure customer records are up to date in the system. Person Specifications • Minimum GCE A-Levels or equivalent (preferred: Diploma in Communication, Business Administration, or related field). • O-Level passes in English and Mathematics required. • At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment, preferably in the automotive sector. • Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) is an advantage. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional fluency in Sinhala or Tamil is a plus. • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and multitask in a dynamic call center environment.
