Job Responsibilities Process and manage supplier and vendor payments in accordance with company policies and payment schedules Prepare, verify, and post payment vouchers and supporting documentation for approval and payment processing Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately within the accounting system Coordinate with internal teams, including Treasury, to ensure the timely processing of payments and obtain remittance confirmations when required Maintain and update payment trackers, reports, and financial records Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve payment-related discrepancies in a timely manner Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address finance-related queries and issues Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures Person Specifications 2+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting with minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payables Following or completed a relevant degree program or professional qualification Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills Good knowledge and experience in Advanced Excel with analytical skills Willingness to work for the Saudi Arabian Time (10.30am to 7.30pm) & Calendar If you are an enthusiastic individual passionate about reaching the greatest heights in the field of Finance & Accounting, then this is your opportunity.
