Senior Prudential Analyst – 12 month FTC
Who we’re looking for We are looking for a qualified accountant, regulatory professional and/or risk professional on a 12-month secondment to play a leading role in the production and delivery of the Group's key Pillar 2 documents, including the Group ICAAP, Recovery Plan and the ICARAs for the Group's FCA-regulated entities. The successful candidate will act as the document lead for assigned Pillar 2 deliverables, managing the end-to-end production process from planning and drafting through to governance and approval. This role will involve coordinating contributions from subject matter experts across Finance, Risk, Treasury and the wider business, consolidating technical inputs into clear, well-structured and Board-ready documentation. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, takes ownership of their deliverables and enjoys managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. You will be comfortable "holding the pen" on significant regulatory documents, working collaboratively with contributors, reviewing and challenging content, and ensuring outputs are delivered to a consistently high standard. Strong written communication skills are essential. The role requires the ability to translate complex financial, risk and regulatory information into concise, coherent and well-supported documentation suitable for senior management, Board and regulatory audiences. You will also have strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage effectively with colleagues across Finance, Risk and business teams, helping to drive progress, resolve issues and maintain high-quality governance throughout the document production process. The role would suit candidates with experience in regulatory reporting, risk management, prudential regulation, finance or a related discipline within a regulated financial services environment. Previous experience supporting the production of ICAAPs, ICARAs, Recovery Plans, Wind-Down Plans or similar regulatory submissions would be advantageous.
