The Building Maintenance Painter is responsible for painting and general maintenance support across multiple client facilities. This position serves as the primary resource for painting, touch-ups, surface preparation, and minor drywall repairs. Responsibilities
• Complete interior and exterior painting projects. • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, and priming. • Perform paint touch-ups and minor drywall repairs. • Protect floors, furniture, and fixtures during painting projects. • Complete assigned preventive maintenance and minor building repairs. • Assist with cleaning, trash removal, and general facility upkeep. • Respond to work orders and client requests. • Maintain painting tools, equipment, and supplies. • Travel between assigned client facilities. • Follow all company and site safety procedures. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1–2 years of commercial painting experience. • Experience with surface preparation, drywall patching, and paint application. • Basic knowledge of general building maintenance. • Ability to safely use ladders, painting equipment, hand tools, and power tools. • Ability to work independently and manage assignments across multiple locations. • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. • Strong attention to detail and customer-service skills.
