How you'll make an impact

1. You will be responsible for planning and controlling in-house service work for HEJ, including production order management, workshop schedule planning, and coordination of priorities, resources, equipment and material readiness.

2. You will collect and maintain information on service cases that require in-house work, such as carry-back repair, urgent trouble cases, partial assembly, pre-shipment testing and rework activities, in cooperation with Project Managers and Order Handling members.

3. You will coordinate production order creation, progress tracking and completion status in cooperation with Engineering, SCM and Warehouse members, and ensure that technical requirements, BOM, work instructions and required due dates are reflected in the plan.

4. You will prepare and maintain the in-house work schedule and loading overview, coordinating worker loading with Site Service and equipment, tools, test facilities and work area loading with Tool Pool / Workshop.

5. You will support cross-project priority alignment for urgent customer cases, defect-related cases and delivery-critical cases, in cooperation with Project Managers and related functions.

6. You will coordinate material input timing, issue timing and material readiness with SCM and Warehouse, and escalate constraints that may impact the in-house work schedule or customer delivery.

7. You will monitor schedule adherence, bottlenecks and KPI, and propose improvements of the production control process, meeting rhythm and visibility tools.

8. You will work with Engineering, Site Service, Tool Pool / Workshop, SCM, Warehouse and Quality to clarify roles and responsibilities for in-house work execution, while keeping the ownership of workers, equipment, material handling and quality decisions with the relevant functions.

9. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. Degree/master's required: Bachelor or above in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred.

2. Years of experience required: more than 5 years of working experience. Experience in project management, production planning, service operations, engineering coordination, logistics or workshop-related work is preferred.

3. Experience with SAP production order, material planning, service order, project schedule control or similar business systems is beneficial.

4. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and balance customer delivery, technical requirements, worker loading, equipment availability and material readiness.

5. Proficiency in languages: Japanese and English in both spoken and written communication is preferred.
