You'll work hands-on within our Focus Factory, using our Lean Management system (ITM) to lead meaningful change across the entire value stream. How You'll Make an Impact

Drive continuous improvement using Lean/ITM principles and toolsPartner across teams to eliminate waste and optimize processesLead Kaizen events to improve safety, quality, delivery, and costSupport deployment and maturity of the ITM systemCoach and train teams on Lean tools and problem-solving methodsLead cost reduction initiatives and process improvementsPromote a culture of accountability and employee engagementInfluence and guide teams through sustainable change Your Background

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field1+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or process improvementExperience with Lean systems (e.g., ITM, TPS, Danaher, Honeywell)Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skillsAbility to work across all levels in a fast-paced environmentLean or Six Sigma certification preferred More About Us
