The opportunity
Software Asset Management Team is looking for an ambitious, committed, and motivated individual to support our day-to-day operations and contribute to the continuous development of our Software Asset Management practices. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global IT environment while contributing to key Software Asset Management initiatives.
How you'll make a difference
Collaborate closely with the Software Asset Management (SAM) team and support daily operational activitiesAssist in maintaining, reviewing, and developing Software Asset Management policies, processes, and proceduresSupport the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the company's Software Asset Management strategyUtilize SAM tools to monitor software license compliance and generate relevant reportsManage the collection, validation, and upload of Proof of Entitlement (PoE) documentation into the SAM systemHelp implement and enforce controls aligned with the Hitachi IT Control FrameworkEnsure effective data exchange between the SAM platform and IT systems to support data enrichment, compliance tracking, and reporting Your background
Currently enrolled as a university student, graduating in 2027 or laterFluent in written and spoken EnglishMotivated, ambitious, and committed, with strong interpersonal and communication skillsProactive, well-organized, and detail-orientedAvailable to work at least 30 hours per weekInterested in developing knowledge and experience in Software Asset Management, IT governance, and compliance processes More about us
