Overview
Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Maintenance & Operations Technician to support the maintenance and ongoing operation of our newly remodeled Corporate Campus in Clayton, MO. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting issues, and contributing directly to the functionality and appearance of a professional campus environment.
In this role, you'll be a key contributor to the daily operation of our premier corporate headquarters, helping create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. From preventive maintenance and facility repairs to campus improvement projects, no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to apply a broad range of skills across trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, grounds maintenance, and more, while managing work through our computerized maintenance management system.

Responsibilities

Complete day-to-day maintenance work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and special projects as assignedPerform maintenance and repairs in a variety of areas, including:Light plumbingCarpentryPaintingBasic electrical workFurniture moves and setupGrounds maintenanceSnow removal and salt distributionEnsure all repairs and preventive maintenance activities are completed according to work order specifications and quality standardsAccurately document completed work through the computerized work order management systemMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies and proceduresSupport campus operations and assist with additional assignments as directed by leadership In addition to these job functions, candidates will also need to display proficiency in the following Competencies:

Qualifications
Minimum:
Must have a HS Diploma/GED or Equivalent Must have 2+ years of commercial office building maintenance experience (including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, groundskeeping, pressure washing, and custodial experience) Must be able to lift up to 80lbs Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years (ie., DUI/DWI) Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future Preferred
Relevant maintenance or related certification from an accredited trade school
