As a Payroll Assistant, you'll be an essential part of a dedicated team responsible for supporting critical payroll processes and ensuring employees receive timely and accurate service. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in payroll operations, employment verification, garnishment administration, compliance-related tasks, and more.

This position is located at our Enterprise Mobility Corporate Campus (500 Corporate Park Drive Clayton, MO).

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

Support payroll operations by obtaining required signatures, distributing onsite checks, and maintaining accurate positive pay recordsMonitor garnishment notifications through online systems and ensure information is reviewed and routed appropriatelyAssist with garnishment administration, including processing documentation, maintaining secure records, and preparing employee correspondence related to voluntary contributionsRespond to employment verification requests from government agencies, third-party organizations, and internal partners, ensuring timely and accurate completionManage incoming department mail, including sorting, distributing, and prioritizing correspondenceProvide administrative support for payroll initiatives and contribute to special projects as assignedMaintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and payroll informationCollaborate with payroll team members to support accurate, efficient, and compliant payroll processes In addition to these job functions, candidates will also need to display proficiency in the following Competencies:

Qualifications

Required:

Must have a high school diploma/GEDMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future Preferred:

1+ year of administrative support and/or clerical accounting experienceExperience with Dayforce and WorkdayPrevious payroll related experienceSome college preferred
