Your responsibilities:
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the BU HV Integrated Management System (IMS) with main focus on certification activitiesLead and coordinate IMS certification topics with strong focus on China multisite requirements and global alignmentEnsure alignment between global QMS standards and local implementations, including audit readiness and executionDrive Business Process Quality improvements, especially in the early value chain (Marketing & Sales)Support internal and external audits and ensure effective follow-up of findingsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within QMM and strengthen integration of Quality and HSEsupport local factory(CNTHB) QMS activitiesdrive HUB NAS quality culture development(lesson learned, quality training, quality awareness, quality award, etc.) Your background:
A master's degree or above.Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both English and Mandarin.More than 5 years related experience in quality management systemStrong quality management theory and methodology background is plus.Good communication skill to different stakeholders(internal & external, local & global) and drive continuous improvement from QMS view.Result-orientated and strong ownership.
