1. 熟稔食安相關法規及添加物限量標準 2. 執行稽核及相關品質認證作業 3. 主導新品／改良專案規劃（研發時程、配方策略、試產與量產導入） 4. 建立研發BOM表與相關文件（配方、SOP、試作紀錄、規格書等） 5. 帶領並協調研發人員與跨部門資源，推進專案落地 6. 須配合國內外出差、訪廠等研發業務相關會議活動
