Main duties of the job As a Bank Support Worker at Enable, you will play an essential role in providing positive person-centred outcomes for individuals with complex support needs such as Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health issues. The role requires enthusiasm, excellent people skills, and a proactive approach. You will work at Market Deeping in Lincolnshire, providing support to individuals within their community to enable them to live as independently as possible. Your responsibilities include supporting activities of daily living, promoting independence, effective communication using chosen methods, and maintaining accurate records. Recording - keeping accurate records &reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management
