Salary is £48,250 to £58,250 FTE, depending on experience

This is an opportunity to provide psychological therapy to patients receiving treatment in our

Hillside ward R&R. Priory Hospital Bristol is less than three miles from the centre of Bristol, with free on-site parking

Main duties of the job

You will be working in our Rehab and Recovery (R&R) service line on Hillside Ward. It is a 14-bedded ward for males and females providing rapid assessment and triage. Treatment is provided for patients with an acute presentation of mental health crisis (psychosis, mood disorder, dementia, or organic brain disease). This is particularly for individuals with complex physical health needs or requiring respite admissions.

Responsibilities

Receive and respond promptly to referralsUndertake specialist psychological assessments and formulate therapy plansDeliver individual and group therapy using evidence-based interventionsManage an allocated caseload within agreed timescalesMaintain clear communication with clients, MDT members, and clinical staffMaintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records, reports, and electronic documentation

Requirements Essential

Hold professional registration with HCPC registration and Clinical Psychologist registration.
