Job Title: Financial/ Operations AnalystResponsibilities:
• Develop and maintain performance reports, dashboards, scorecards, and leadership summaries. • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities. • Deliver actionable insights and support KPI development, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Create executive presentations, business reviews, and decision-support materials. • Consolidate cross-functional information into clear, executive-level communications. • Support leadership meetings, operating reviews, planning sessions, and organizational reporting cadences. • Manage departmental financial reporting, invoice approvals, reconciliations, and vendor spend tracking. • Investigate billing discrepancies and partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues. • Coordinate vendor reviews, performance scorecards, action items, and relationship-management activities. • Lead and support operational improvement initiatives and smaller-scale projects. • Collaborate across Finance, Technology, Procurement, Customer Service, Logistics, and external partners. • Track project risks, timelines, deliverables, and follow-through to ensure successful execution. • Maintain operating calendars, governance artifacts, and recurring planning and reporting processes. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, and organizational effectiveness. Essential Skills:
• Minimum of 3–4 years of business experience in roles such as project management, project coordination, accounting, financial analysis, or business analysis. • Hands-on experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). • Ability to support yearly budget processes and financial planning activities, including variance analysis. • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities. • Experience in project coordination or project management, including managing smaller initiatives and operational improvements. • Experience in Accounting, Finance, Project Management, or Business Analysis, with aptitude for growth and learning. • Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, for data and financial analysis. Work EnvironmentThis role is 100% onsite . The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
