Description3 years+ working experience supporting Payment hardware/software.2 years+ working experience consulting with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills including root cause analysis, identifying trends, researching and analyzing data, drawing conclusions, resolving issues, interpreting and understanding policies/procedures/laws/regulations.Experience working and negotiating with payment processors, such as Fiserv a plus.Must have great (technical) problem-solving skills, ability to quickly adapt.This role may occasionally be responsible for assisting in configuring, deploying, supporting, and improving Payment solution and hardware for the client. Assist with technical team documentation, ensuring processes and work arounds are updated and new solutions properly documented, and the knowledge base updated.Reviewing debug logs, datasets, and working with vendors to isolate root cause and address a fix as needed.Must have great (technical) problem-solving skills, ability to quickly adapt.Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including experience in communicating complex technical terms to non-technical audiences.Ability to quickly acknowledge and take ownership of an issue.Work as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.Self-starter, ability to perceive and carry out next steps without direction.Experience with large scale implementation of applications, infrastructure or databases related to restaurant operations and associated technologies.The role may occasionally collaborate and partner with non-traditional business partners on experimental revenue growth.Partner with cross-functional teams to help ensure stability across the estate and support timely resolution of escalations especially during integration pilot phases.Proven ownership, execution and delivery accountability experience leading highly visible enterprise and line-of-business programs.Track record of being client focused, with ability to interact with both internal and external clients seamlessly.Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously in a complex and high-paced environment.SkillsVerifone Payment Terminals, Verifone Tool, Hospitality, Payments Hardware, AI Tools, Payment Integration, POS & Web/Mobile Solutions, Payments InstrumentsTop Skills Details1.) This role will heavily utilize AI tools like CoPilot.Additional Skills & QualificationsUnderstand credit card tokenization processes required.Strong Experience working with Verifone payment terminals and tools, such as VHQ, a plus.Plans effectively can adapt to priority changes.Respond promptly to others to ensure open and timely communication.Communicate all issues, status updates, action items, and risks to the management team.Support technical efforts with vendors and product teams to complete and enhance integration.Strong knowledge of application/integration testing, performance monitoring and testing strategies in order to effectively communicate with QA teams.Experience or familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies is a plus, as it can support process improvements, troubleshooting efficiency, documentation, and overall operational effectiveness.Experience LevelIntermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Canton, MA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
