Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk Job Description

• This role focuses on shipping and finished goods distribution while also supporting receiving, inventory control, material movement, and production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse environment. • You will ensure that daily shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time, while maintaining product traceability and strict compliance with procedures and shipping requirements. • Success in this position requires strong organization, attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Available Shifts: (2 Openings) FOR AM SHIFT (7AM-4:30PM) (1 Opening) FOR SPLIT SHIFT (10AM–6:30 PM) (1 Opening) FOR 2ND SHIFT ( 1:30PM–10PM)Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and packing slips, confirming that all required certificates and documentation are present. • Properly store and distribute materials in designated areas such as KANBAN locations and stockrooms to ensure optimal organization and accessibility. • Pick, verify, package, label, and stage finished goods and materials for shipment in accordance with established procedures and shipping requirements. • Coordinate and execute daily sterilization shipments to ensure customer and business requirements are met accurately and on time. • Prepare, review, and verify shipping documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, bills of lading, and other required documents. • Verify product numbers, lot numbers, quantities, destinations, labeling, and required documentation prior to shipment to ensure complete and accurate order fulfillment. • Ensure only released and approved product is shipped and promptly escalate discrepancies, holds, or documentation issues to the appropriate department. • Coordinate daily pickups with parcel carriers, freight carriers, couriers, freight forwarders, and other transportation providers. • Track shipments and proactively communicate delays, missed pickups, delivery issues, damages, or other transportation concerns to relevant stakeholders. • Process shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions accurately and in a timely manner within the ERP system and applicable shipping systems. • Maintain accurate shipment records and supporting documentation in line with company procedures and record-retention requirements. • Coordinate movement of finished goods and materials between production, warehouse, inspection and release areas, sterilization, and distribution locations as needed. • Support shipments to and from contract manufacturers, sterilization facilities, suppliers, customers, and other external partners. • Prioritize daily shipping activities based on customer requirements, production priorities, requested delivery dates, and overall business needs. • Maintain organized shipping and finished goods staging areas to support lot traceability and FIFO/FEFO requirements where applicable. • Monitor shipping supplies and notify management when boxes, labels, pallets, packaging materials, or other shipping supplies need replenishment. • Assist the Materials team with KANBAN component fulfillment, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy activities. • Provide work order and material support to meet production schedules and assist with production prioritization. • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Production, Customer Service, and other departments to fulfill material and shipping requirements. • Adhere to all applicable safety, GMP/GDP, Quality System, and company requirements while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Perform other related duties as assigned by management to support overall warehouse and logistics operations. Essential Skills

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. • At least 4 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory control, logistics, or related manufacturing operations. • Proven ability to problem-solve and influence others using both data and strong working relationships. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. • Ability to work and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in MS Office applications. • Experience working with ERP or MRP systems. • Working knowledge of shipping, inventory, lot traceability, and warehouse management processes. • Hands-on experience with shipping and receiving activities, including work orders, cycle counts, and warehouse operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with LEAN systems is preferred. • Experience preparing domestic and international shipments and related shipping documentation is preferred. • Experience working with parcel, freight, courier, or third-party logistics providers is preferred. • Familiarity with KANBAN systems and component fulfillment is a plus. You will work around production areas, storage locations, and shipping and receiving docks, handling materials, finished goods, and shipping supplies on a regular basis. The role involves frequent use of ERP and related shipping systems, as well as standard warehouse tools and equipment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
