Business Analyst I
Job Description: This is the entry level position in business analysis. The associate will develop a high degree of understanding of their assigned program. Under close supervision, they will extract data concerning their program and provide analysis of this data to associates. They will work extensively with stores, vendors, and HQ staff.

Technical (Preferred/Required Skills/Systems):
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear, thorough, and well-structured business documentation. • Strong oral communication skills with the ability to ask probing questions, actively listen, and clarify business needs to elicit complete and accurate requirements. • Experience creating, documenting, and facilitating test cases and test scenarios, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) —preferred • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. • Knowledge of SQL • Excel - intermediate • Power BI- required
Job Qualifications: Three years of experience in analysis, evaluations or other substantive determinations with regard to current and/or projected marketing/purchasing/sales and other operating programs, interpreting written materials and organizing/coordinating work.
Or
Bachelor's degree with one year of experience in analysis, evaluations or other substantive determinations with regard to current and/or projected marketing/purchasing/sales and other operating programs, interpreting written materials and organizing/coordinating work.

Major Duties: Assists in analyzing business conditions and in the development of business policies. Compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed. Performs other duties as assigned.
