Remote Recruiter - High Volume RPO - Virtual

$50000 Annually
This role will use the implemented strategies, campaigns, and recruitment plans to drive talent to the job Marketplace. The Temporary Recruiter will work with the Director of Recruitment and a team of other Recruitment Specialists to meet the strategic goals and needs for the following departments: Customer Service, People Operations, Technology, Marketing, and Workforce Development.
As a Temporary Recruiter, you will ensure the recruiting strategies are effective and provide feedback on new and innovative ways to drive talent to the Instant Teams pipeline. In this position, you will focus on utilizing the recruitment strategies within the department, professional development, and learning the building blocks of our organization's hiring process. This position is anticipated to last through the end of October 2026.
Essential Functions
Develop recruitment strategies and campaigns based on position type, location and difficulty of hiring.
Source and review all applications.
Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future openings.
Conduct candidate behavioral interviews via video conferencing.
Qualify or decline candidates based on interview feedback, prior skills/experience presented and assessments.
Work in partnership with recruiting leadership to ensure you are exceeding fill rates with qualified candidates for all requested positions.
Quickly build rapport with each candidate and guide them through the recruitment process.
Partner closely with the hiring managers to make sure there is alignment on ideal skill sets.
Track and report on weekly performance metrics and KPIs.
Meet determined KPIs for successful performance.
Perform administrative work within the appropriate systems including the ATS and other recruiting tools.
Assist the military-connected community translate their skills versus having the typical resume and for which positions they are qualified.
Execute employer branding activities.
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Conduct prescreens, interviews, and filter candidates for open positions.
Be the face of Instant Teams at job/career fairs, rapid hiring events, and within the recruitment community.
Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, regardless of the outcome.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Required Education and Experience
Minimum one year of relevant work experience in Human Resources, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, Administrative Support, or relevant industry
Minimum one year of relevant experience in high-volume/RPO recruiting
Proficient in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial talent sourcing and screening to final selection and onboarding
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented and results-driven
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Knowledge of Human Resources practices and law
Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
SaaS Customer Support
Familiarity with military demographics
Excellent communication skills, motivation, personnel management, and compliance processes
Familiarity with our software tools: Journeyfront, Google Suite, ClickUp, Slack, Paylocity
Expected Hours of Work
40 hours a week and weekends as needed (Core hours: US business hours)
