The team is still very small and in true build mode.
About the RoleOur partner is hiring a Founding Account Manager / Founding CSM to build the post-sales function from scratch. This person will own the customer experience after a deal closes, including onboarding, implementation, integrations, go-live, and ongoing account management. The role is highly cross-functional and best suited for someone who wants real ownership in an early-stage environment.
What You’ll DoOwn customer relationships end-to-end after contract signatureLead onboarding and implementation for new accountsCoordinate integrations across CRM, scheduling, Twilio, email, and related systemsHelp customers get live and ensure strong early adoptionRun check-ins, manage campaigns, and deliver a high-touch customer experienceBuild the post-sales playbook and define processes from 0→1Partner closely with founders to improve deployment and customer outcomesWhat They’re Looking For3–4+ years of startup experience minimumStrong preference for someone who has worked as a founding employee or in a very early-stage startup environmentExperience in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or a similar post-sales functionComfortable building processes from scratch rather than inheriting a mature functionStrong communication skills and ability to manage premium, white-glove customer relationshipsBonus if they’ve worked at a vertical AI, voice AI, or GTM-oriented company and understand tools like CRM, lead scoring, and messaging systemsWilling to relocate ASAP is a plus
