Job Description & Summary

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the Treasury & Capital Markets team in ongoing client engagements and internal projects;

• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, financial analyses, and other project materials;

• Conduct research on financial markets, treasury management practices, and capital markets topics;

• Collect, analyze, and validate financial and operational data;

• Support project teams with day-to-day activities and ad hoc analytical tasks;

• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and project discussions where appropriate.

Knowledge and skills required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;

• Strong interest in Treasury, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance areas;

• Basic understanding of financial statements;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), including data analysis and presentation preparation;

• Analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving skills;

• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines;

• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills;

• Russian language proficiency is required;

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;

• Proficiency in Uzbek would be an advantage.
