Working closely with partners and staff, you will help us navigate evolving regulatory, professional, and methodology requirements, supporting consistent quality delivery for our clients.

What you’ll do:

• Interpret and apply relevant regulatory, professional, and methodology requirements, with a strong focus on new and emerging standards to drive quality and compliance.

• Support the implementation of critical elements of our System of Quality Management, including management of Aura libraries and other tools.

• Collaborate closely with project leads to create, update, and enhance guidance materials that inform quality and risk practices.

• Analyze and leverage data insights to provide timely, relevant quality support to internal stakeholders and inform decision-making.

What we’re looking for:

Core skills

• Strong expertise in assurance methodology with experience in Financial Statement Audit or Controls Assurance.

• Excellent communication skills complemented by a collaborative team ethos.

• Ability to work effectively from anywhere, managing competing priorities and stakeholder relationships.

• Proven ability to interpret complex regulatory and professional standards and translate them into practical guidance.

Desirable skills

• Prior experience in risk and quality advisory roles within professional services or related industries.
