AYANA Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and organized F&B Admin to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. You will handle documentation, coordinate communications, and assist with inventory management, contributing to the overall success of our F&B services.
ResponsibilitiesReporting & Documentation: Able to handle daily/monthly F&B reports, filing, purchase requests, invoices and coordination with Purchasing/Finance. Strong attention to detail.Inventory & Cost Awareness: Basic understanding of inventory control, stock-taking and F&B cost items (food, beverage, supplies).Work Attitude: Well organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlinesRequirements
At least 1 year experience in F&B administration (hotel background preferred). Fresh graduates can be considered if strong in admin and reporting.Computer & System Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (daily reporting, stock sheets, costing support) and familiar with POS/Hotel systems (e.g., Micros, Opera, or similar advantage).Benefits
