Job Title Rewards Manager Job Description Job Responsibilities: · Lead healthcare sales compensation and incentive plan design, evaluation and evolution, ensuring business relevance, market competitiveness, legal compliance and alignment with Philips Rewards strategy; · Partner with business leaders, HR partners, commercial excellence and relevant cross-functional stakeholders to drive the incentive plan operationalization and communication; · Provide external healthcare and medical-device industry insight to strengthen incentive strategy, plan design and stakeholder decision-making; · Drive AI-enabled Rewards transformation and process automation, identifying high-value use cases and converting them into practical, scalable solutions; · Develop and maintain reusable tools, dashboards and workflow solutions that improve analytics, governance, service quality and productivity; · Manage job grading approaches and related consultation to address business needs in line with global guardrail; · Provide guidance as rewards partner to the assigned organizations on the rewards topics such as job evaluations, offering, compensation and benefits policies etc.; · Contribute to Rewards projects as assigned and knowledge building across Greater China, with clear ownership, disciplined execution and effective stakeholder collaboration.
Minimum required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
Preferred Experience: 5+ years of experience in Sales Incentive Design, Rewards Consulting, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Commercial Excellence or Rewards COE roles. Candidates are expected to bring one of the following backgrounds:
A. Consulting Track
• Experience in incentive compensation, rewards consulting, sales compensation design or rewards transformation gained within a leading management consulting, human capital consulting or professional services environment.
B. In-house Track
• Experience in Medical Device, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Technology or other leading multinational organizations, with demonstrated involvement in: • Sales incentive program design and optimization; • Rewards transformation or modernization initiatives; • AI, automation, analytics or digital solutions applied to rewards processes.
