About Our Clients
Our client is a real estate agent and content creator based in Austin, Texas. He produces high-volume YouTube and social media content focused on real estate insights, lifestyle, and AI for realtors. The team is building a fast-paced content engine and is looking for a Video Editor who can keep up with high output demands while maintaining strong content quality
ResponsibilitiesEdit 3 long-form YouTube videos per week (10+ minutes each) with strong pacing and retention focusCreate 16–20 short-form videos per week from long-form content or raw footageDeliver rough drafts within 24 hours for long-form videosApply YouTube best practices (hooks, intros, storytelling, captions, thumbnails awareness)Produce engaging short-form content with strong hooks, text overlays, and fast pacingWork with AI-generated content, including avatar videos and voice cloningGenerate or integrate AI-based B-roll footage where neededCollaborate closely with the client and respond quickly during overlapping working hoursMaintain organized file management and efficient editing workflowsRequirements
Proven experience editing YouTube and social media content (proven portfolio required)Strong understanding of viewer retention, hooks, and pacingAbility to handle high-volume editing with fast turnaroundProficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etcExperience or familiarity with AI tools (e.g., AI video, voice cloning, or similar platforms) is a strong advantageReliable internet connection and ability to work remotelyHighly responsive communicator (available for 2–3 hours overlap with US Central Time)Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision after initial guidanceBenefits
