We’re looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Manager to support daily community management across our social channels. This role is focused on comment moderation and DM management, ensuring a positive brand presence and helping drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage all comments across Facebook and Instagram (organic posts, paid ads, and creator pages) Respond to positive comments and customer questions in a timely, on-brand manner Identify and delete negative or harmful comments when appropriate Manage and respond to all direct messages (DMs) across brand accounts Maintain a consistent brand voice in all interactions Log in twice daily (morning and evening) to ensure timely responses and coverageRequirements
Prior experience in social media comment moderation or community management Strong judgment in deciding when to respond vs. delete comments, with a focus on supporting ad performance and conversions Excellent written communication skills High attention to detail and consistency Ability to work daily, including weekends Reliable and responsive, with the ability to stick to a structured daily schedule (2–3 hours/day)Benefits
