About the roleWe're looking for a remote bookkeeper to help keep our QuickBooks Online clean, current, and accurate. This is a straightforward role focused on coding transactions, entering receipts, and keeping the books tidy. What you'll be doingEntering and coding receipts in QuickBooks OnlineMatching bank and credit card transactionsMaking sure expenses are categorized correctlyPerforming basic bank and credit card reconciliationsKeeping records clean and easy to followFlagging anything that doesn't look right and asking questions when neededRequirements
