About Our ClientsOur client is a fast-growing ecommerce brand focused on delivering a seamless and high-performing online shopping experience. With a strong emphasis on execution and speed, they rely on tight coordination between marketing, operations, and product teams to keep the website optimized and aligned with ongoing campaigns. They are looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure flawless execution across their online store.

ResponsibilitiesExecute daily website updates including product pages, landing pages, pricing, and promotionsEnsure all site content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standardsMonitor website performance and troubleshoot or escalate issues promptlyCollaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to launch campaigns and promotionsImplement discounts, bundles, product drops, and seasonal updates on timeVerify all promotional details before and during campaign launchesOwn day-to-day ecommerce execution, ensuring tasks are completed efficientlyTrack, manage, and follow through on tasks across multiple teamsIdentify operational gaps and proactively resolve issuesAct as the first line of defense for urgent site issues or fixesMaintain high responsiveness during campaigns, launches, and critical periodsEnsure a smooth and uninterrupted customer experienceRequirements

Ideally, 5–10 years of total work experience in a fast-paced, unstructured environmentDTC e-commerce operations with physical products is required2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or business operationsProven experience managing ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred)Solid understanding of end-to-end DTC operationsStrong attention to detail with a hands-on execution mindsetAbility to coordinate effectively across marketing, creative, and operations teamsHighly responsive, reliable, and able to work under pressure during launchesProactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownershipComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentFlexible availability during key campaigns or urgent situationsBenefits
